Don't panic! We'll have this sorted in no time.
First, check if you are using a 3G compatible phone. If you are, perform a manual network search to see if you are in an area with 3G coverage. Remember to make sure the phone is set to Dual Mode/WCDMA preferred.
If you are not able to connect to 3G, you should:
- Check you’ve got airtime
- Check your signal strength
- Reboot your phone if necessary
If you're worried you're not getting the most out of your 3G connection, check the following things:
- Your signal strength
- Confirm your device class
- Be a little patient! Sometimes congestion on the network can affect speeds.
