- The main focus of a Telesales & Retentions Rockstar is to reduce customer churn, increase customer retention and tenure by providing legendary service to VMSA customers through all TELESALES and LOYALTY programs. The Telesales & Retentions Rockstar will retain ownership of each Telesales query and sales opportunity received therefore managing the end to end process and ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.
